Necessity is the mother of all inventions!
It all began when an obsession met a need.
Summer of 2021 - Daniel Got a Fever
Once you get introduced to Pickleball, it’s almost impossible to resist the gravitational pull. In the summer of 2021, Paul invited his life-long soccer player son, Daniel, to play some pick up pickleball with a few of his buddies.
Daniel caught a bad case of Pickleball Fever. Over the last couple of years, like most people afflicted with the Fever, it’s grown to an obsession of epic proportions.
Summer 2022 - The Fever Spread
After introducing, nay, forcing pickleball on his older brother, Richard, during their yearly family vacation in the summer of 2022, the two have gone on to dominate the pro circuit…or…at least that’s become their lifelong ambition.
While the lifelong ambition might be several years away, their competitive nature coupled with their incessant need to improve things around them has led them do explore the frustrations of Open Playᵀᴹ.
So, when they’re not bouncing from ladder leagues to Open Playᵀᴹ to pick-up games, they’re working on fabricating the most essential Open Play accessory that no one never knew they needed: The Open Play Organizer*.
